Abstract

El papel de los profesionales sanitarios gira en complacer necesidades de la comunidad, promoviendo la participación proactiva. Por tanto deben ser promotores y modelos en adquisición de hábitos saludables; demandando que en la universidad, los estudien y obtengan. Pero cuando ingresan, ya los presentan, porque se adquieren y consolidan siendo adolescente. Este trabajo tiene como propósito pasar un cuestionario, modificado del ESVISAUN, para conocer determinados hábitos de vida, pilotándolo en estudiantes de enfermería, y establecer una comparación de estos hábitos entre la Universidad de Jaén y la Universidad de Pardubice. En los resultados se pudo observar que pasar por la universidad modifica ligeramente los hábitos, debiendo actuar antes. También los resultados apuntan asociaciones significativas entre los diferentes estilos de vida. Así como que el marco legal y social, influyen directamente en los estilos de vida. Se propone seguir investigando y mejorar la situación actual sobre prevención, promoción y Eps.

The roles of health professionals revolve around the needs of the population, promoting the participation proactively. So they will be promoters and an example of acquisition of healthy habits. Being necessary that the university study it and obtain these habits. But when students enter, they have habits; we acquired and consolidate them in adolescence. This paper aims to pass a questionnaire, modify from ESVISAUN, to know certain lifestyle and drive it in nursing student, conducting an analysis to compare between the University of Jaén and the University of Pardubice. In the results, it could observed, that the passage through the university slightly modified habits, explain we must act early. The results indicate there are significant associations between the different components of lifestyle; as well as the legal and social guide have influence directly with it. As intends to continue researching and improve the current situation on prevention, promotion and health education.
