Abstract

[ES]El proyecto presentado a continuación consiste en la creación de una pequeña y mediana empresa dedicada a la elaboración, procesamiento y comercialización de diferentes variedades de quesos ecológicos englobados dentro de la categoría "Gourmet". La razón de unir ambas ideas, parte de la gran preocupación que presenta la población española por el consumo de alimentos naturales, unido a la gran experiencia y concienciación medioambiental que los mismos poseen. El perfil de consumidor al que se dirigirá este producto, no sólo se centrará en consumidores con nivel de ingreso medio-alto y de paladar exquisito, sino que abarcaremos otros segmentos como personas con determinadas restricciones médicas (intolerantes a la lactosa) a fin de dar una mayor cobertura al mercado. Finalmente, aunque nuestro principal punto de venta se situará en Madrid capital, tenemos previsto la venta mediante catálogo donde el cliente podrá visualizar y obtener información precisa del producto a comprar.

[EN]The following project deals with the creation of an SME (Small and medium-sized enterprise) devoted to the production, processing and commercialization of different varieties of organic cheese falling withing the "gourmet" category. The reason for joining both concepts arises from the great concern of the Spanish people about consuming natural food together with the wide expertise and environmental awareness which they have. The target market for this product will not only be middle or high-income consumers with refined taste, but also other groups of people with certain medical restrictions (lactose intolerance) so as to reach a wider market. Finally, although our main point of sale will be in the city of Madrid, we have also provided for catalogue sales, so the customer will be able to see and obtain precise information on the product.
