Violencia de género en parejas jóvenes

Abstract

Este trabajo consiste en una revisión bibliográfica en referencia a la violencia de género, centrándose en la violencia que, de este tipo, ocurre en las parejas jóvenes. Para ello se ha delimitado el periodo de edad de los 16 a los 22 años, quedando incluidas dentro de este periodo aquellas parejas jóvenes que están formadas por personas en la etapa final de la adolescencia y en los primeros años correspondientes a la juventud. La violencia de género es tratada desde lo general a lo central. Tras esta inmersión, este trabajo se centra en la violencia de género que se produce en las parejas jóvenes. Para ello, contextualiza las circunstancias que experimentan sus miembros. Una vez contextualizado, se procede a exponer aquellos factores que incrementan el riesgo de ser victimizado o perpetrador de violencia de género en pareja a dicha edad. Por último, se muestra la intervención desde el Trabajo Social.

This work consists of a literature review in reference to gender violence, focusing on the gender violence that occurs in young couples. This period has been defined the age of 16 to 22 years, being included within this period those young couples that are made by people in the final stage of adolescence and the early years corresponding to the youth. Gender-based violence is treated from the general to the center. After this dive, this work focuses on gender violence that occurs in young couples. To do this, contextualized circumstances experienced by their members. Once contextualized, we proceed to expose those factors that increase the risk of being victimized or perpetrator of gender violence as a couple at that age. Finally, the intervention is shown from the Social Work.
