Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es aportar información al personal de enfermería sobre inmunoterapia en el manejo de los síntomas de las alergias respiratorias. Para que no existan dudas esta información se basa en los protocolos aportados por las diferentes agencias mundiales expertas en alergia e inmunoterapia. Compararemos las diferentes vías de administración en términos de eficacia y seguridad. Del mismo modo, se analizará el conocimiento del personal de enfermería en lo referente al tratamiento del shock anafiláctico, una de las reacciones adversas más probables en el empleo de esta terapia. El documento se subdivide en 3 objetivos, analizados posteriormente en base a la información proporcionada por las diferentes bases de datos científicas. Se podría calificar este trabajo como una revisión bibliográfica. Se ha encontrado que la inmunoterapia sublingual es más segura que la subcutánea, pero esta a su vez es más eficaz que la sublingual.

The aim of this study is to provide information to nurses about immunotherapy in the management of symptoms of respiratory allergies. For there is no doubt that this information is based on protocols provided by the different agencies worldwide expert in allergy and immunotherapy. We compare the different routes of administration in terms of efficacy and safety. Similarly, knowledge of nurses in relation to the treatment of anaphylactic shock, one of the most likely use of this therapy adverse reactions are analyzed. The document is divided into three objectives, then analyzed based on information provided by different scientific databases. This work could be described as a literature review. It has been found that sublingual immunotherapy is safer than subcutaneous, but this in turn is more effective than sublingual.
