Abstract

[ES] Ansiedad y depresión son trastornos emocionales complejos, que implican también problemas en pensamientos y conductas, son los trastornos psiquiátricos más prevalentes, ya que afecta a 340 millones de personas en el mundo y es uno de los trastornos que más problemas de discapacidad genera. Por todo ello son habituales la presencia de este trastorno en los centros de atención primaria de salud. Este programa es una propuesta de intervención de naturaleza educativa para reducir la sintomatología y efectos negativos de la enfermedad en la vida de las personas y mejorar su calidad de vida. El ámbito de intervención es un centro de atención primaria de salud y combina estrategias de carácter individual y grupal.

[EN] Anxiety and depression are complex emotional disorders, which also involve problems in thinking and behavior, are the most prevalent psychiatric disorders in adults and is one of the disorders that generates more problems of disability. Therefore they are common the presence of this disorder in primary care health. This program is an intervention proposal educational in nature to reduce symptoms and negative effects of the disease on the lives of people and improve their quality of life. The scope of intervention is a primary health care strategies and combines individual and group basis.
