Abstract

The project proposes the design and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard for EuroAlglass S.L., a company dedicated to aluminum and PVC. carpentry. The objective is to improve internal organization, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Weaknesses such as lack of automation, communication problems, and a lack of systematic document control were identified. The QMS includes key processes such as planning, operation, support, and continuous improvement, as well as indicators for data-driven decision-making. Procedure manuals, formats, and records were also developed to standardize activities. The implementation of the system seeks to reduce errors, professionalize the company, and increase its competitiveness in a demanding market. In conclusion, the QMS represents a strategic tool for optimizing processes and ensuring the organization's sustainable growth.
