Abstract

This Final Degree Project focuses on the development of a geoportal aimed at quality control of geographic data shared by users through web platforms or collaborative applications (VGI). The initiative arises from the growing importance of user-generated spatial information and the need to ensure its reliability in professional and scientific applications. The system developed enables the insertion, digitization, and analysis of spatial data, applying methodologies from the ISO 19157-1:2023 standard to evaluate aspects such as completeness, thematic accuracy, and absolute positional accuracy, in addition to automatically generating a results report. For its development, web technologies, geospatial databases, and open-source libraries have been employed, with the aim of providing an interactive, accessible, and interoperability-oriented tool.
