This Master’s Thesis presents a didactic proposal focused on the teaching of phonetic variation in Andalusian Spanish, specifically seseo and ceceo, within the context of Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE). The proposal is addressed to a group of C1-level learners, according to the CEFR, participating in a linguistic and cultural immersion program in the city of Cádiz. Based on the principles of the action-oriented approach and the development of sociolinguistic competence, as outlined in the CEFR (2002) and Curricular Plan of the Instituto Cervantes (2006), the unit includes activities that combine observation, critical analysis, and communicative production. Through these tasks, students acquire tools to discriminate and understand seseo and ceceo, and to reflect on the linguistic attitudes and stigmas associated with these variants. The proposal advocates for a critical and meaningful approach to language teaching, one that highlights the diversity of Spanish and promotes respect for its regional varieties.

Este Trabajo Fin de Máster presenta una propuesta didáctica centrada en la enseñanza de la variación fonética del español andaluz, concretamente del seseo y del ceceo, en el aula de Español como Lengua Extranjera (ELE). La propuesta se dirige a un grupo de aprendientes de nivel de referencia C1 del MCERL en un contexto de inmersión lingüístico-cultural en la ciudad de Cádiz. Partiendo de los principios del enfoque orientado a la acción y del desarrollo de la competencia sociolingüística recogidos en el MCERL (2002) y en el PCIC (2006), se diseñan actividades que combinan observación, análisis crítico y producción comunicativa. A través de ellas, el alumnado adquiere herramientas para discriminar y comprender el seseo y el ceceo y reflexionar sobre las actitudes lingüísticas y los estigmas asociados a estas variantes. Se aboga por una enseñanza crítica y significativa de la lengua, que visibilice la diversidad del español y promueva el respeto hacia las variedades regionales.
