Programa de mejora de motivación y rendimiento académico

Abstract

[EN]This procedure pretends to improve by one hand, the main problems derived from demotivation in students and on the other hand, increasing the academic performance in order to reduce the scholar failure. Knowing the causes which provoke demotivation has a great impact in our program in order to solve them. Actually, the elevated figures about scholar failure increase due to a poor motivation and interest in students, phenomena, which years after years grow. This program is going to cover three vital aspects in Psychology applied to Education: Attention to diversity, professional and academic orientations and tutorship. Here will be presented different techniques and strategies developed for each specific intervention field. In order to conclude, the program will be carried out during the next academic year by the school´s psychologist and the tutors for each course.
