Análisis del acogimiento residencial en Andalucía

Abstract

The following Bachelor's thesis is based on a literature review on an analysis of the current situation of residential foster care in Andalusia, as well as the profile of minors living in these protection centers. It focuses on the regulations that support this field, starting with international regulations, followed by national regulations, and ending with regional regulations. Additionally, in order to discuss residential foster care, it is necessary to understand the concepts of abandonment, guardianship, and custody of minors. Furthermore, this work also addresses the roles of professionals, both in Social Work and Social Education, who work in the protection centers for minors, covering their needs
