Éste trabajo trata sobre el Acoso Sexual en el Ámbito Laboral. En él se ha llevado a cabo una recogida de información sobre el tema para conocer cuál es la dimensión de esta problemática en la sociedad. Para entender la situación de esta problemática se hace una diferencia entre la definición de acoso sexual y acoso sexual laboral. Seguidamente se aborda el origen del concepto, y las tipologías principales de esta cuestión. Posteriormente se estudia las consecuencias de las víctimas de índole sexual en las empresas, y cómo ha impactado el movimiento “Me Too” en la sociedad. Por otro lado, teniendo en cuenta que este tipo de acoso vulnera una serie de derechos fundamentales se recoge la legislación referente al acoso sexual a nivel internacional, europeo, y español, haciendo hincapié en éste último y exponiendo datos obtenidos de distintos estudios. Finalmente, se exponen una serie de conclusiones sobre el tema
This work deals with Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. It has been carried out a collection of information on the subject to know the dimension of this problem in society. In order to understand the situation of this problem, a difference is made between the definition of sexual harassment and sexual harassment at work. The origin of the concept and the main typologies of this issue are then discussed. Subsequently, the consequences of sexual harassment victims in companies and the impact of the "Me Too" movement on society are studied. On the other hand, taking into account that this type of harassment violates a series of fundamental rights, the legislation on sexual harassment at the international, European and Spanish levels is presented, with emphasis on the latter and data obtained from different studies. Finally, a series of conclusions on the subject are presented
