[ES] El derecho a la educación es un derecho fundamental que contribuye a la no marginación ni exclusión social. El sistema educativo debe centrarse en la gran problemática que existe entre los más jóvenes de nuestra sociedad como es el absentismo escolar, intentar por todos los medios que ésto no suceda, sobre todo en los barrios más desfavorecidos. Partiendo de los tres ámbitos de la Orientación como son la acción tutorial, la orientación académica y profesional y la orientación a la diversidad, se realizará un Programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica dirigido a alumnado de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria basándose en las necesidades detectadas por el Orientador del centro.

[EN] The right to education is a fundamental right that contributes to the avoidance of marginalisation and social exclusion. The education system must focus on the great problem that exists among the youngest members of our society, such as truancy, and try by all means to prevent this from happening, especially in the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Based on the three areas of Guidance such as tutorial action, academic and professional guidance and guidance for diversity, a Psychopedagogical Guidance and Intervention Programme aimed at students in Compulsory Secondary Education will be carried out based on the needs detected by the school's Guidance Counsellor.
