Abstract

[ES]En la actualidad, muchas son las noticias que escuchamos acerca de la políticas fiscal de austeridad en España y sus consecuencias para la población. Esta política está basada en la reducción del gasto público y el aumento de los impuestos. Gracias a la misma, se ha conseguido reducir el déficit público pero, las tasas de desempleo han alcanzado niveles muy altos. Por lo que la población reclama soluciones al respecto. Es por ello que el presente trabajo se centra en aspectos tales como la austeridad, los impuestos, el déficit, los gastos públicos y el desempleo dado que han sido los protagonistas de la crisis económica en España y Europa. Las políticas de austeridad llevadas a cabo han tenido efectos sobre dichas variables que han provocado consecuencias terribles para la población y han puesto en peligro la permanencia del Estado del Bienestar.

[EN]Nowaday, there are a lot of news about austerity fiscal policy in Spain and their terrible consequences for the population. This policy consists of reducing of public expenditures and a taxes increasing. Because of that, the public deficit has been reduced although, the unemployment rates has increased until high levels. That is why, population claims for solutions about it. This framework focuses on issues such austerity, taxes, deficit, public expenditures and unemployment because they have been the economic crisis focus in Spain and Europe. The austerity fiscal policies have caused effects in those aspects and the have laid on the table the welfare state stability.
