[ES] En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se ha realizado un proyecto de investigación del departamento de jóvenes (de 18 a 21 años) de los centros penitenciarios de España. El objetivo de este trabajo es dar a conocer la situación actual de los internos del departamento de jóvenes en los centros penitenciarios. El pilar de este tema de trabajo es la Ley Orgánica 5/2000, de 12 de enero, ley reguladora de la responsabilidad penal de los menores, por lo que se ha examinado esta ley, sus diferentes reformas y las consecuencias de estas para llevar a cabo este proyecto de investigación.
[EN] This final grade has been carried out a research project of the deparment of young people (18 to 21 years) of prisons in Spain. The aim of this study is to announce the current situation of young people intems of prisons. The base of this work ítem is the Organic Lay 5/2000, of January 12, regulatory law of criminal responsability of minors, which has been examited this law, the different reforms and the consequences of these reforms to carry out this investigation project.
