Comportamiento del consumidor de aceites premium

Abstract

The main objective of the research is to find out more about the knowledge that consumers of premium olive oil have about it, as well as their purchasing and consumption behaviour; going deeper into the motivations and brakes when making the purchase. This will be carried out by means of an exploratory study which consists of a face-to-face interview with a certain number of users in which they will be asked a series of questions related to the main objective of this research, as well as the appropriate socio-demographic questions. After analysing the results obtained, it can be seen that an effort must be made to get to know the consumer of premium products better and that more tools are needed to help consumers better understand the advantages and differences compared to conventional olive oil.
