Nutrición, anorexia y bulimia nerviosa. Aspectos cognitivos y neuroendocrinos

Abstract

This project describes the two most problematic eating behavior disorders today: anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. This document develops both disorders from their definition, etiology, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, both from the psychological and nutritional point of view. These are mental and nutritional diseases, which makes their detection and treatment quite complex and requires the participation of professionals from different disciplines. In addition, the appropriate nutritional guidelines are collected for healthy people in the age ranges most affected by these pathologies.
