Abstract

El trabajo consiste en el diseño de un plan para la a importación y comercialización de Aceite de oliva virgen extra en Colombia, El objetivo, abarcar desde el aprovisionamiento, la gestión del proveedor, la consolidación de la carga, el recibo de la misma, la manipulación, las operaciones de nacionalización de la carga, la comercialización y distribución a cada uno de los clientes por medio de canales directo, o indirecto. [ES]Se realizó un análisis del macro entorno, luego se analizo el entorno micro haciendo especial énfasis en la ciudad epicentro de la actividad logística y comercial, la cual es Santa Marta. Es un plan integral, teniendo en cuanta todas las variables y aristas que se puedan desarrollar en cada uno de los segmentos a los que se apuntó, tanto el consumidor final, como en sector Horeca. Finalmente se realizó un balance financiero con proyecciones y balances del plan de negocio.

[EN]The Final Master thesis consists of the design of a plan for the importation and commercialization of extra virgin olive oil in Colombia. The objective is to cover the supply, supplier management, cargo consolidation, cargo receipt, handling, cargo nationalization operations, commercialization and distribution to each of the clients through direct or indirect channels. An analysis of the macro environment was carried out, then the micro environment was analyzed with special emphasis on the epicenter city of the logistics and commercial activity, which is Santa Marta. It is a comprehensive plan, taking into account all the variables and edges that can be developed in each of the segments targeted, both the final consumer and the Horeca sector. Finally, a financial balance was made with projections and balances of the business plan.
