[ES]En el presente trabajo se recoge un análisis del funcionamiento y proceso que se lleva a cabo en la Ley 39/2006, de 14 de Diciembre, de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal y Atención a las Personas en situación de Dependencia, junto con las modificaciones más señaladas de dicha Ley. Esta investigación se centra en torno al recurso más demandado en la capital de Jaén que ofrece la Ley de Dependencia, el Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio, nuestro estudio se centra en los colectivos que tienen mayor contacto con el recurso, por lo que el objetivo de este trabajo será recoger el grado de satisfacción de los/as usuarios/as que se benefician del servicio y la valoración de profesionales como los/as cuidadores/as profesionales y los/as trabajadores/as sociales del ámbito de la dependencia, con respecto al funcionamiento de dicho recurso.

[EN]In this paper an analysis of the application of the Law 39/2006 from December 14th, Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Care for Dependent Persons is presented, along with the most relevant amendments to the Act. This research is centered on the service that is petitioned the most in the capital of Jaen that offering for Dependent of Law, which is the Home Help Service. Our objects of study are the groups of people with greatest contact with this service. Accordingly, the objective of this academic work is looking at the degree of satisfaction of those benefitting from the service and the appraisal of the professionals such as the caretakers and the social workers that administer this service, regarding its operation.
