Abstract

The study is located in the Sierra de Segura, a carbonated karstic massif with great aquifer potential, and the origin of various rivers of great local importance. The main purpose of this study is based on the need to analyze the hydrodynamics and chemical composition of the waters of several of these rivers, the Guadalimar River, located in the stretch between the municipality of Siles, in the headwater area, up to Beas de Segura, as well as the waters of the Orcera and Trujala rivers. The main hypothesis is to show how the anthropic activity on these waters alters their quality, as well as to analyze the evolution of the impacts along the rivers studied to show their possible worsening downstream. The original objective is to determine the hydrodynamic evolution and the chemical quality of the waters of these rivers to analyze the anthropic impact on them.
