Abstract

[ES]Nos encontramos ante una investigación de documentación bibliográfica llevada a cabo para adquirir las competencias propias de la asignatura “Trabajo Fin de Grado” de Grado en Trabajo Social, en la Universidad de Jaén, curso académico 2014/2015. Dicho trabajo es una investigación social centrada en los derechos de las personas privadas de libertad en centros penitenciarios, para ello primero haremos un acercamiento teórico al Sistema Penitenciario español, ya que es primordial para entender porque se otorgan determinados derechos y deberes a este colectivo en especiales condiciones por su situación de sujeción especial. En segundo lugar se procederá a definir detalladamente los derechos de los internos/as para proseguir haciendo una meditación personal y crítica respecto a estos derechos de segunda categoría en los centros penitenciarios. Finalmente se hará una reflexión sobre la relación del Trabajo Social con el tema tratado.

[EN]We have a research carried out bibliographic documentation to acquire the competences of the subject "Final Project" Degree in Social Work at the University of Jaen, academic year 2014/2015. This work is a social research focused on the rights of people deprived of liberty in prisons, first we will take a theoretical approach to the Spanish prison system because it is essential to understand why specific rights and duties to this group are granted for its special binding situation. Secondly we will proceed to define in detail the rights of internally to continue making a personal and critical meditation on these second-class rights in prisons. Finally it will be made a reflection on the relation of social work with the subject.
