Abstract

Estudia la creación de un e-commerce que se especializará en la venta de prendas de ropa sostenible. El plan de negocio se divide en varios capítulos. En primer lugar, se realizará un análisis estratégico que abarca un estudio interno y externo del sector para recopilar información esencial para el éxito del proyecto. Luego, se desarrollará un plan de marketing que incluirá la creación de la identidad de la marca y el marketing tanto estratégico como operativo para obtener ventajas competitivas. Se elabora un plan de operaciones que detalla los procesos de fabricación de las prendas, la elección de proveedores y la gestión de aprovisionamientos. Se establece la estructura organizativa de la empresa y se definen roles y responsabilidades del personal, junto con una política de RRHH. Desarrolla un análisis económico y financiero del proyecto, así como los trámites legales y la forma jurídica del negocio. Finalmente, se resumirán las conclusiones tras un análisis de la viabilidad del mismo .

Study the creation of an e-commerce that will specialize in the sale of sustainable clothing. The business plan is divided into several chapters. First, a strategic analysis will be conducted, including an internal and external study of the sector to gather essential information for the success of the project. Next, a marketing plan will be developed that will include the creation of the brand identity and both strategic and operational marketing to gain competitive advantages. An operations plan is developed detailing garment manufacturing processes, supplier selection and procurement management. The organizational structure of the company is established and personnel roles and responsibilities are defined, along with an HR policy. It develops an economic and financial analysis of the project, as well as the legal procedures and the legal form of the business. Finally, the conclusions will be summarized after an analysis of the feasibility of the project.
