Resumen Castellano (máx. 150 palabras) Para desarrollar la integración en los centros y conseguir Escuelas Inclusivas en nuestro país, es necesario conocer cuáles son los problemas que hacen que no se estén desarrollando prácticas educativas inclusivas. Una vez conocidas las barreras que impiden el desarrollo de las mismas, el objeto es conocer los medios con los que la educación actual cuenta para implantar este modelo educativo en las aulas. La formación del profesorado es uno de los elementos principales para que se pueda establecer la inclusión en el aula y así fomentar el desarrollo de una verdadera Escuela Inclusiva. La elaboración y la investigación de este trabajo surgen como reflexión de la realidad escolar que se han desarrollado en los centros educativos hasta ahora. Esta realidad nos demanda la necesidad de diseñar una educación que sea accesible para todo el alumnado. Para ello, he elaborado un Plan de Atención a la Diversidad, con el objetivo de establecer medidas que faciliten una respuesta adecuada a las necesidades educativas específicas que puedan presentar los/as alumnos/as escolarizados
In order to develop student integration in Educational Centers and establish Inclusive Schools in our country, it is necessary to know which problems restrict the development of Inclusive Educational practices. Once those barriers limiting the development of such practices are known, the objective is to know the means that current Educational Systems have so as to implement this educational model in classrooms. Training of teachers is one of the main factors that contribute to the establishment of Inclusion in classrooms and thus, it encourages to develop a real Inclusive School. The development and research of this report emerge as a reflection on the experience in educational institutions so far. This reality demands us the need to design an education that is accessible to all students In order to do this, I have prepared a Plan of Attention to Diversity with the aim of establishing measures that provide an adequate response to the specific educational needs that may present the schooled students.
