Automatización y monitorización de almazara a través de PLC

Abstract

[ES] En este Proyecto, se ha realizado la automatización y monitorización de una Almazara, a través de un PLC de la marca Schneider Electric, en concreto un controlador M241. El trabajo realizado consiste en el proyecto de ejecución y la programación de 4 Líneas de producción de aceite, de las cuales tres de ellas son líneas de generación y una de repaso. Concretamente se ha automatizado y monitorizado el funcionamiento de la maquinaria, teniendo en cuenta cualquier tipo de fallo que no corresponda con la programación prevista, corrigiéndolo o parando la producción si es necesario, ante el posible riesgo de daño a la maquinaria o a los operarios de la planta. También, el sistema automático consigue una mejora en la calidad del aceite ya que se pueden controlar y ajustar varios parámetros que repercuten directamente en la calidad de aceite.

[EN] In this project, the automation and monitoring of an oil mill has been carried out through a Schneider Electric PLC, specifically an M241 controller. The work carried out consists of the project execution and programming of 4 oil production lines, of which three of them are generation lines and one of them is a reworking line. Specifically, the operation of the machinery has been automated and monitored, taking into account any type of failure that does not correspond to the planned programming, correcting it or stopping the production if necessary, before the possible risk of damage to the machinery or the operators of the plant. Also, the automatic system achieves an improvement in the quality of the oil since several parameters that have a direct impact on the quality of the oil can be controlled and adjusted.
