Abstract

En este TFG se ha realizado un plan de mantenimiento de tres de los laboratorios docentes pertenecientes a la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Jaén. Se ha realizado un estudio y análisis de los equipos y maquinarias existentes, un análisis de criticidad de los mismos y una asignación del modelo de mantenimiento más adecuado para cada uno de ellos. Se han detallado las tareas de mantenimiento a realizar y su periodicidad en función del análisis realizado. Todo ello se ha organizado en una base de datos GMAO, programada para tal propósito.

In this final degree work, I have carried out a maintenance plan for three laboratories belonging to the Escuela Politécnica Superior de Jaén. I have made a study and analysis of the existing equipment and machinery, a criticality analysis, and an assignment of the most appropriate maintenance model. The maintenance tasks and their periodicity have been detailed based on the analysis. All this has been organized in a CMMS database, programmed for this purpose.
