La empresa familiar, estructura y gestión: estudios de casos.

Abstract

Este trabajo trata sobre un estudio de caso de 2 empresas familiares pioneras en la industria del grupo Inditex, en la moda y Mercadona S.L. de la industria de la alimentación, dada su importante repercusión del estudio de sus características, composición de los tres sistemas, relaciones empresariales con la empresa, y esa relación que una empresa familiar debe tener para prosperar hasta el punto de llegar a ser pioneras en su mercado. Dentro de los conceptos teóricos estas empresas utilizan, para llevar a cabo su trabajo, una serie de normas, que deben cumplirse, contando con protocolos para controlar posibles conflictos, dentro de los miembros de la familia, regulando y armonizando el ambiente laboral. Todo esto se verá reflejado en los casos de empresas de éxito y cómo gestionan todos estos contenidos teóricos, y cómo han logrado llegar al éxito en comparación con sus demás competidores.
