En el presente trabajo de fin de grado, se describe el caso clínico de Ana, una paciente de 11 años diagnosticada prenatalmente de Disgenesia del Cuerpo Calloso. Se realiza una descripción completa del cuerpo calloso y de la agenesia cuerpo calloso, el perfil neuropsicológico de estos pacientes así como, una completa anamnesis de la paciente, incluyendo embarazo y parto, imágenes diagnósticas, evolución, intervención y situación actual. Finalizando con unas conclusiones generales y una reflexión personal. Este proyecto nos permite conocer un poco mejor esta afectación y en concreto a Ana, una niña que con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación diaria ha conseguido logros que a priori no podría haber alcanzado.
The following is the case report of Ana, an 11 year-old patient prenatally diagnosed with disgenesis of the corpus callosum. A full description of the corpus callosum and the neuropsychological profile of these patients are performed, along with the patient´s full case anamnesis, including pregnancy and childbirth, diagnostic imaging, evolution, intervention, and current state. The project is completed with a series of general conclusions and a personal reflection. This project allows us to know a little more this disease and specifically to Ana, a girl with much effort and daily dedication has made enormous achievements.
