Modelado BIM 3D, 4D y 5D de una Construcción Industrial. Modelado Diseño Constructivo y de Instalaciones.

Abstract

Building Information Modelling (BIM), consists of the use of a series of data generation and management methodologies, using a digital model. The use of this methodologies aims to reduce the time and resources allocated to the design, building and management phases of any construction project. In this project, which includes a digital model with geometry, execution time and budget, we will use the existing programs included in a BIM package, being in this case CYPE. This will allow us to test the reaching and possibilities of this methodology in the modeling of an industrial building.
