Abstract

Se trata de un Gemelo Digital de la estación 3 de la Célula de Fabricación Flexible que constituye una parte fundamental del laboratorio de Automática Industrial de la Universidad de Jaén. Este modelado de la estación consta de todos los actuadores del sistema original, junto con el movimiento que estos realizan y la botonera característica de cada puesto con la que poder controlar el Gemelo Digital. Además, se ha desarrollado la comunicación con un autómata simulado de Siemens para así poder controlar este Gemelo, con un programa externo. Este Gemelo Digital ayudará al alumnado a realizar sus prácticas más fácilmente y será una herramienta fundamental para la enseñanza de este.

It is a Digital Twin of station 3 of the Flexible Manufacturing Cell that constitutes a fundamental part of the Industrial Automation Laboratory of the University of Jaén. This modeling of the station consists of all the actuators of the original system, together with the movement they perform and the characteristic button panel of each station with which to control the Digital Twin. In addition, communication with a simulated Siemens automaton has been developed in order to control this Twin, with an external program. This Digital Twin will help the student to carry out their practices more easily and will be a fundamental tool for teaching this.
