Abstract

The objective of this project is to create a system that allows us to observe the phenomenon of resonance in materials. Firstly, the theoretical concepts on mechanical vibrations are exposed to know how they behave and to be able to generate them. Secondly, it is explained what criteria to follow to consider that the resonance phenomenon is reached. Finally, an excitation method will be designed and manufactured to generate said vibrations. Once we have our system, we can carry out tests with different materials in order to observe and study the resonance phenomenon in an experimental way. For this, we will use measuring devices with which we can measure times, which will help us define the frequencies of the vibrations.
