Miedo escénico

Abstract

The author of this TFG explained that during practices at school, situations were shown in which the students, due to various circumstances (embarrassment or fear of failing), were not able to speak freely in front of their classmates, became self-conscious and even when they did Physical Education, and worked on: Block 3, it was almost impossible for certain students to get involved in the activities and play certain roles, so it is important to work with possible tools to control it. With this project, it has been investigated to carry out in the centers, since after the results of the study carried out it has been verified that adults at certain moments of their lives, have felt that fear or shame. Finally, it has been shown how body expression helps to work on oral expression and how to detect if someone suffers from stage fright.
