CÓMO HA AFECTADO LA PANDEMIA A LA AYUDA A DOMICILIO EN LOPERA

Abstract

[ES] Este TFM en Dependencia e Igualdad en la Autonomía Personal, es una investigación cuantitativa, donde se ha utilizado a una muestra de 48 usuarios beneficiarios del servicio de ayuda a domicilio. Se va a realizar una investigación de cómo la pandemia del Covid-19 ha afectado al recurso del servicio de ayuda a domicilio en el municipio de Lopera. Nos situaremos para ello, en los primeros meses desde de la pandemia, justo cuando es decretado el estado de alarma. Se han analizado los datos extraídos de los cuestionarios correspondientes a la realización del Seguimiento del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio. Estos datos fueron obtenidos en la labor encomendada al personal laboral de los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios a través de llamadas telefónicas, por medio de un cuestionario en tabla Excel. Tras analizar los datos, vemos como el servicio de ayuda a domicilio se ha visto reducido.

[EN] For the final work of the Master’s Degree on Dependence and Equality in Personal Autonomy, a quantitative investigation has been carried out, using a sample of 48 users benefiting from the home help service. In it, an investigation will be carried out on how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the resource of the home help service in the town of Lopera. We will place ourselves in time for this, in the first months since the pandemic, just when the state of alarm was decreed. To achieve this study, the data extracted from the questionnaires corresponding to the monitoring of the home help service to the users of the sample, obtained in the work entrusted to the workforce of the Community Social Services through of telephone calls, and using an excel table questionnaire. After analyzing the data obtained, we observed how the home help service has been reduced.
