Abstract

Venous ulcers and venous insufficiency are pathologies that affect a large part of the population and generate important costs in developed countries. It is of great importance to know alternative treatments less expensive. The compressive therapy is a versatile and low cost therapy useful not only for the treatment but also to the prevention of these diseases. In the present memory, a bibliographic review has been made in order to identify the different compressive therapies and their effectiveness.
