Reducción de la conducta sedentaria de los escolares en Educación Primaria

Abstract

La conducta sedentaria es uno de los principales problemas que presenta los escolares, siendo muy perjudicial para la salud. El estilo de vida sedentaria está evolucionando con el paso del tiempo sobre todo desde la creación de las nuevas tecnologías, que cada vez están siendo más influyentes en nuestra sociedad actual. Para ello, debemos hacer el intento de reducir esta conducta a través de la sustitución del tiempo que pasa realizando conducta sedentaria por actividad física, sobre todo en la etapa de Educación Primaria la cual presenta un papel importante en el desarrollo del alumnado. Para intentar resolver este problema se plantea el desarrollo de una propuesta didáctica de manera gamificada para motivar, enseñar y transmitir unos hábitos de realización de actividad física, que presentan una relación con el objetivo principal de esta unidad didáctica, reducir la conducta sedentaria del alumno de Educación Primaria.

Sedentary behavior is one if the main problems presented by schoolchildren, being very harmful to health. The sedentary lifestyle is evolving over time, especially since the creation of new technologies, who are becoming more and more increasingly in our society today. To do this we must make the attempt to reduce this behavior by replacing the time spent performing sedentary behavior by physical activity, especially in the Primary Education stage which plays an important role in the development of students. To try to solve this problem, the development of a didactic proposal in a gamified way to motivate, teach and transmit physical activity habits, that relate to the man objective of this unit, reducing the sedentary behavior of the Primary Education student.
