Abstract

Está demostrado que las actividades extraescolares mejoran el rendimiento académico, fomentan las relaciones entre iguales y motivan para realizar otras tareas. Para los niños y niñas de Educación Infantil, además suponen el desarrollo de valores, trabajan la creatividad, les ayudan a utilizar su cuerpo para expresar sentimientos y emociones, desarrollan su motricidad, les hacen ser más autónomos e independientes, y a manejar las situaciones que les producen frustración. El objetivo de esta propuesta de trabajo es desarrollar la motricidad fina en niños y niñas de Educación Infantil de cinco años a través de manualidades, así como la autonomía e independencia personal y la educación en valores. Para ello la metodología que emplearemos potenciará y desarrollará las habilidades del niño/a, a partir de sus conocimientos previos, necesidades e inquietudes, para que participe activamente en su proceso formativo, explorando e indagando su entorno cercano y contribuyendo a la adquisición de aprendizajes significativos.

Extracurricular activities have been shown to improve academic performance, foster peer relationships, and motivate them to do other tasks. For children of the infant stage, they also involve the development of values, work on creativity, help them to use their body to express feelings and emotions, develop their motor skills, help them to be more autonomous and independent and to handle situations that produce frustration. The objective of this work proposal is to develop fine motor skills in children in Early Childhood Education of five years through handicraft activities, as well as personal autonomy and independence and education in values. For this, the methodology that we will use will be in charge of enhancing and developing the child's abilities, based on their previous knowledge, needs and concerns, so that they actively participate in their training process, exploring and investigating their closest environment, contributing to the acquisition of significant learning.
