[EN] In the present work we study the phenomenon of the inobservant minors, in I make concrete we are going to give a special attention to the familiar context in the one that has grown and developed the inobservant minor. For first it we have elaborated a theoretical frame to know aspects in depth of this group and of his nearest environment.After having this information and knowing the reality, a series of interviews will be realized to juvenile internal offenders in the “Centro de Menores de lasLagunillas”, to his families and to other professionals of the center, to study of direct form the problem in question that we want to treat.

[ES] En el presente trabajo estudiamos el fenómeno de los menores infractores, en concreto vamos a prestar una especial atención al contexto familiar en el que ha crecido y se ha desarrollado el menor infractor. Para ello primero hemos elaborado un marco teórico para conocer aspectos en profundidad de este colectivo y de su entorno más cercano. Tras tener esos datos y conocer la realidad, se realizarán una serie de entrevistas a menores infractores internos en el Centro de Menores de las Lagunillas, a sus familias y a otros profesionales del centro, para estudiar de forma directa el problema en cuestión que queremos tratar.
