Abstract

[ES] La programación didáctica desarrollada en este Trabajo Final de Máster es la correspondiente al módulo profesional “Extracción de Aceite de Oliva”, del ciclo formativo de Grado Medio “Técnico en Aceites de Oliva y Vinos”, impartido en el instituto de enseñanza pública “IES El Valle” (Jaén), durante el curso escolar 2020/2021. En este módulo profesional se pretende que el alumnado maneje y entienda todo lo que se realiza en una almazara a nivel profesional, con el propósito de que, ante cualquier puesto de trabajo o situación, tengan la capacidad para desarrollarlo sin ningún tipo de problema. Como principal metodología se emplea el trabajo en grupo, fomentándose la expresión oral como abilidad principal. Para ello se proponen actividades grupales que ayudan a mejorar la relación entre el alumnado del módulo, así como actividades orales que permitan a los estudiantes desenvolverse en todo tipo de situaciones a lo largo de su carrera profesional.

[EN] The didactic program developed in this Master's Final Project is the one corresponding to the professional module "Extraction of Olive Oil", of the Middle Degree training cycle "Technician in Olive Oils and Wines", taught at the public education institute "IES El Valle”(Jaén), during the 2020/2021 scholar year. In this professional module it is intended that students manage and understand everything that is done in an oil mill at a professional level, with the purpose that, in any job or situation, they have the ability to develop it without any problem. Group work is used as the main methodology, fostering oral expression as the main skill. For this, group activities are proposed that help to improve the relationship between the students of the module, as well as oral activities that allow students to cope in all kinds of situations throughout their professional career.
