[EN] Nowadays, schizophrenia is one of the major therapeutic challenges in the field of mental health. People with this disease may suffer different types of social discrimination generally related to the stigmatized perception. Nurses that work in mental health section provide care to patients using the interpersonal relationship as a basic therapeutic tool. If this relationship between patient and nurse fails, the patient treatment could be affected. Taking this background into account, the present investigation project is proposed. The aim of the project is to analyze the existence of a stigmatized perception among nurses and families of patients with schizophrenia. Moreover, another goal is to find out the association between this stigmatized perception and the treatment adherence in patients. This project presents a mixed and longitudinal methodology.
