Abstract

[ES]Teniendo como punto de partida que el colectivo juvenil puede ser muy distinto debido a los orígenes sociales de cada uno, influyendo tanto en su trayectoria escolar como profesional, la presente propuesta de investigación tiene como propósito el estudio del voluntariado como uno estrategia para muchos jóvenes trabajadores sociales que escogen este vía para poder acceder a un empleo. Con ello se plantea investigar qué jóvenes de la provincia de Jaén son aquellos que consiguen un trabajo a raíz del voluntariado y quiénes no. Ahondar en esta cuestión nos permitirá conocer los factores sociales que inciden en la inserción laboral de los trabajadores sociales.

[EN]Taking as a starting point the youth group can be very different because of the social origins of each, influencing both their school career as a professional, the present proposal of investigation aims the study of volunteerism as one strategy for many young social workers who choose this route to gain employment. Therefore, it arises investigate what young people from the province of Jaén are those who get a job as a result of volunteering and who is not. Delve into this question provides an idea of the social factors affecting to employment of social workers.
