Abstract

The work will explain that it is an organization and that it is the business organization. The different theories of the organization that exist in the last hundred years will be visualized, where its evolution and its different changes will be observed. Approaching the end of work, which are sports organizations and more specifically football clubs, will see how these organizations work, manage and organize in international sport. There will be talk of the birth of football as a spectacular business from its origins, also about the consideration of clubs as large companies or multinationals. Finally, we will go on to study the management of the six teams with the highest current recognition in the world of football, the organizational methods they use and their advances international. These teams are Real Madrid and F.C Barcelona, Manchester United F.C, Juventus F.C and F.C Bayer Munich.

El trabajo explicará que es una organización y que es la organización empresarial. Se visualizarán las diferentes teorías de la organización existentes en los últimos cien años, donde se observará su evolución y sus diferentes cambios. Acercándose al fin del trabajo, que son las organizaciones deportivas y más en concreto los clubes de fútbol, se verán cómo funcionan, gestionan y se organizan estas organizaciones en el deporte internacional. Se hablará del nacimiento del fútbol como un negocio espectacular desde sus orígenes, también de la consideración de los clubes como grandes empresas o multinacionales. Por último, se pasará a estudiar la gestión de los seis equipos con mayor reconocimiento actual en el mundo del fútbol, los métodos de organización que usan y sus avances. Estos equipos son Real Madrid y F.C Barcelona, Manchester United F.C, Juventus F.C y F.C Bayer de Múnich.
