[EN] Para ello, se propone emplear un diseño de tipo cuasi-experimental, factorial-mixto, con medidas pre/post entrenamiento, repaso y seguimiento Resumen Inglés (máx. 150 palabras) In Spain, teachers who want to work in public schools have to do a state exam what it supposes high levels of stress and anxiety. For this reason, a mindfulness training program based on MBSN consisting of 14 sessions had been designed in this paper. It is proposed to use a quasi-experimental, factorial-mixed desing, with pre/post training measures, review and follow-up, so that it can be used as a coping strategy in order to reduce stress and anxiety and improve the well-being of the experimental group.
[ES] Los opositores docentes son sujetos con altos niveles de estrés y ansiedad. Por ello, se ha diseñado un programa de entrenamiento de la atención plena basado en MBSN formado por 14 sesiones. Se propone emplear un diseño de tipo cuasi-experimental, factorial-mixto, con medidas pre/post entrenamiento, repaso y seguimiento, para que el mismo pueda emplearse como estrategia de afrontamiento, con el que reducir los niveles de estrés y ansiedad, y mejorar el bienestar del grupo experimental.
