The project analyzes the difficult situation of traditional commerce compared to the success of other retail formats such as large stores or online commerce. As an alternative, a proposal is proposed based on the digitization of its activity, which allows improving the situation in which small businesses are immersed. On the other hand, it will analyze how digitization is an opportunity that, if not taken advantage of, will have a negative effect on businesses that are not able to adapt to the new consumption habits of customers. Finally, the work will focus on food retailers for which the development of a new product is proposed. This development will begin by understanding the needs of customers, who will be previously interviewed. Once the data is collected, customer problems are studied and a solution based on digitization is proposed.
