El portafolio es una herramienta que permite reflexionar y profundizar en el aprendizaje del alumno. Además, hace posible que el alumno sea un sujeto activo en este proceso ya que posibilita su implicación de este. El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo describir y analizar mi proceso de aprendizaje durante la etapa como estudiante del grado de Administración Dirección de Empresas desde el año 2015 hasta el 2021, es decir, explicar qué competencias han sido adquiridas y cuáles no durante todo ese proceso. En este trabajo detallaré de forma subjetiva algunos de los ejemplos de formación utilizados en la actividad docente de esta Universidad. Para ello se tratará de definir los conceptos de portafolios y competencias individualmente y posteriormente se tratará de demostrar cuales son las competencias que han sido desarrolladas y cuales no, con el objetivo de ser consciente de mi aprendizaje.
The portfolio is a tool that allows reflection and deepening in the student's learning. In addition, it makes it possible for the student to be an active subject in this process since it enables their involvement in it. The objective of this paper is to describe and analyze my learning process during the stage as a student of the Business Administration degree from 2015 to 2021, that is, to explain which competencies have been acquired and which have not during this entire process. In this work I will subjectively detail some of the training examples used in the teaching activity of this University. For this, it will try to define the concepts of portfolios and competencies individually and later it will try to demonstrate which competencies have been developed and which have not, with the aim of being aware of my learning.
