[ES] La Creatina como ayuda ergogénica está muy solicitada hoy día. Se trata de un tipo de suplemento legal que muchas personas, especialmente deportistas, toman con un objetivo común: ganar en menor tiempo mayor cantidad de fuerza muscular. En esta revisión hemos querido comprobar las evidencias científicas que existen sobre este tema en dos sectores de la población: hombres menores de 30 años y hombres mayores de 30 años, revisando para ello los artículos que han sido publicados en los últimos 15 años.
[EN] Creatine as an ergogenic aid is in high demand today. It is a type of legal supplement that many people, especially athletes, taken with a common goal: to win in less time more muscle strength. In this review we wanted to check the scientific evidence on this subject in two sectors of the population: men under30 and men over 30 years, going to do the articles that have been published in the last 15 years.
