Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado "Nutrición y Alimentación: Dieta Saludable" se enmarca en el Máster de Profesorado de Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria y Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de Idiomas de la Universidad de Jaén. En él se desarrolla una unidad didáctica perteneciente a la asignatura de Biología y Geología del tercer curso de la ESO. El desarrollo de esta unidad tiene especial importancia ya que en esta etapa de la vida los alumnos son sobre-informados a través de las redes sociales y medios de comunicación acerca de alimentación y salud. Los contenidos que se desarrollan en esta unidad pretenden dotar al alumnado de los conocimientos y competencias necesarios para que sean capaces de diferenciar entre la informacion veraz y aquella que no lo es. Para ello, se recurre aí uso de metodologlas que fomenten la participación activa y el aprendizaje significativo tales como la elaboración de representaciones gráficas dietéticas aplicables a la vida diaria, así como el aprendizaje de nuevas herramientas y aplicaciones que permiten discernir entre los productos ultraprocesados perjudiciales y la comida real beneficiosa. El principal interés para el desarrollo de la presente unidad didáctica es que los alumnos obtengan los conocimientos básicos necesarios para poder llevar una dieta equilibrada y que adquieran unos hábitos alimenticios saludables que puedan ser mantenidos en el tiempo.

The present work entitled "Nutrition and Food: Healthy Diet" is part of the Máster de Profesorado de Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria y Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de Idiomas from University of Jaén. lt develops a didactic unit belonging to the subject of Biology and Geology of the third year of ESO. The development of this unit is especially important because at this stage of life students are over-informed through social networks and media about food and health. lhe contents developed in this unit aim to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to differentiate between truthful and untruthful information. To this end, the use of methodologles that encourage active participation and meaningful learning such as the development of dietary graphic representations applicable to everyday life, as well as leaming new tools and applications that allow disceming between harmful ultra-processed products and beneficial real food. The main interest for the development of the present didactic unit is that students obtain the basic knowledge necessary to be able to have a balanced diet and to acquire healthy eating habits that can be maintained over time.
