El proyecto describe el diseño e implantación de un sistema de gestión de la calidad bajo las especificaciones de la norma UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 como respuesta a la necesidad de mejorar la gestión y el servicio ofrecido de una empresa proveedora de materiales de construcción ubicada en Baeza (Jaén). This project describes the design and implementation of a quality management system under the specifications of the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 , in response to the need to improve the management and service offered by a supplier of construction materials located in Baeza (Jaén). It is intended to analyze the current situation of the company and make a description of the activities carried out by it, as a step prior to the development of the quality manual and the manual of procedures, formats and records, necessary for the implementation of the quality management system
