COMPARATIVA POR COMUNIDADES AUTONOMAS SOBRE PRESTACION ECONOMICA PARA ASISTENCIA PERSONAL.

Abstract

En la actualidad, las personas con diversidad funcional, son uno de los colectivos más vulnerables a los cambios que se producen en la sociedad. Al mismo tiempo las personas con discapacidad, están sufriendo todavía la desigualdad de oportunidades en nuestra sociedad, ya que no son valorados como personas con autonomía personal, independencia y libertad de elección. Con este trabajo se pretende, visibilizar lo que consideramos, una figura clave para el desarrollo de las mismas oportunidades de las personas con diversidad funcional, la cual es la figura del asistente personal. Abordamos la situación actual del servicio de prestación económica para asistencia personal, ofrecido por la Ley 39/2006. Este trabajo fin de grado está basado en un revisión bibliográfica, por el cual se analizan los datos estadísticos que nos han permitido realizar un análisis comparativo entre comunidades autónomas, sobre la situación en la que se encuentra la prestación económica para asistencia personal en España.

Nowadays, people with functional diversity, are vulnerable collective of the changes of society. At the same time, people with disability, are suffering inequality of chances in our society, also they aren’t valuate like people with personal autonomy, independence and freedom to choose. With this project we pretend, to show to people that we considerate personal assistant like the best way to people with disability, to develop the same chances of everyone need. We approach the real circumstances of the service of economic lending to personal assistant, offered by Law 39/2006. This project is based in a bibliography review, and we are breaking down statistics dates, they let us to make comparative evaluation with the autonomous community of Spain, about the real circumstances of the economic lending to personal assistant.
