TRABAJO SOCIAL

Authors: LUJAN FERNANDEZ, MARIA DE LOS ANGELES;
Abstract

This work represents a research proposal on the Living Will of anticipated wills, since in general lines before carrying out this research it is being observed that citizens and health and non-health personnel are unaware of this resource. From this evidence, it seems relevant to analyze and investigate this issue to work on improving the subsequent use of the living will as a right of citizenship. In order to carry out this project, the concept of living will has been deepened in addition to other terms related to the subject. It has also been necessary to know the laws that are in force with respect to the will. As with all research, a hypothesis has been put forward, based on which objectives have been established as to what needs to be analysed and known. The research will be carried out in the Andalusian public health field, specifically with health and non-health professionals from the province of Cordoba, although special attention will be paid to the perspectives of social workers.
