El objeto de estudio de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado son las Relaciones intergubernamentales en España, así como, los instrumentos que fomentan las comunicaciones entre las distintas Administraciones Públicas y los cauces para solucionar los problemas que pueden surgir, entre los que podemos encontrar: el principio de coordinación, cooperación, jerarquía y colaboración. Haremos un breve repaso desde la Constitución de 1978 hasta la legislación y noticias más actuales. The object of study of this Final Degree Project is the intergovernmental relations in Spain, as well as the instruments that promote communications between the different Public Administrations and the channels to solve the problems that may arise, among which we can find: principle of coordination, cooperation, hierarchy and collaboration. We will make a brief review from the 1978 Constitution to the most current legislation and news.
