RECLUTAMIENTO 4.0

Abstract

In this work we can find a study of Management Human Resources in organizations, emphasizing the recruitment of human resources, but more specific in recruitment 4.0 I have chosen this topic because I consider that this part of Human Resources, is the most important part, because it helps finds the best staff for the specific job, leading to increased productivity. Also I wanted to analyse this because the use of the ICT (information and communication technology) it is something that companies should be accustomed to apply and improving each day. Likewise, this work contains practice example of Recruitment 4.0. The main objective of this end of degree project is to show the rise of recruitment with the new technologies.
