El término contrato se define como una fuente de obligaciones, una de sus características más importante es que tiene la misma fuerza que una Ley entre los contratantes y es obligatorio cumplir los términos previstos. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo, analizaremos en profundidad el contrato de compraventa, de tal forma que podamos conocer como está constituido, quiénes son los que intervienen en él, las obligaciones de cada una de las partes contratantes…, es decir, en este trabajo el objetivo primordial es tener una idea clara y concisa de todo lo que engloba este tipo de contrato. Para llegar a ese objetivo, plantearemos este tipo de contrato como un asunto que engloba muchos conceptos que intervienen en él, la compresión de cada uno ellos, resulta necesario para el entendimiento del mismo, así, estudiando cada parte llegaremos a conocer cómo funciona este contrato. The term contract is defined as a source of obligations, one of its most important characteristics is that it has the same force as a law between the contracting parties and it is mandatory to comply with the terms provided. To carry out this work, we will analyse in depth the contract of sale, in such a way that we can know how it is constituted, who is involved in it, the obligations of each of the contracting parties ... that is, in this work the primary objective is to have a clear and concise idea of all that encompasses this type of contract. To reach that goal, we will raise this type of contract as an issue that encompasses many concepts involved in it, compressing each of them, it is necessary for understanding it and studying each part will come to know how this contract works.
